You may request the removal of your JackBe account and associated data at any time. There are two ways you can do so which are outlined below.

1. In App
Open the JackBe App and navigate to Account > Settings > Update Profile and click the Delete My Account button at the bottom of the Update Profile screen.
2. Support Request
Open the JackBe App and navigate to Account > Feedback or by using the following link to submit a Support Request: https://support.jackbenimble.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Please be sure to select Update Account from the Feedback Type menu:
Fill out the rest of the form and then select Request Account/Data Removal from the Account Change Type menu:
By requesting your account/data to be removed, you agree to allow JackBe to disable your login and anonymize your purchase history for historical reporting purposes. Reference to any personally identifying data will be permanently removed (name, address, phone number, payment information, etc.).
Your request may take up to 5 business days to be processed.
